§	Account Compliance and Verification
	Effective date: 29th July 2026 \| Last updated: 29th July 2026 For CPA Hunter, following the rules is not just a formality; it is about trust, transparency and fair conditions for every creator. Our verification team protects creators from impersonation, misuse and violations that could spoil the experience for everyone. We removed the usual barriers to entering affiliate marketing, but with that accessibility comes responsibility. That is why account verification plays an important role.
1.	How the Verification Team Protects You The CPA Hunter verification team is responsible for: confirming the identity of every creator; monitoring compliance with merchant rules and advertising law; tracking suspicious activity and violations throughout your time on the platform; reviewing reports of impersonation and misuse.
2.	Two Account Reviews For every creator we conduct two reviews: at registration; before the first payout. This is how we maintain a safe and fair environment while keeping the platform accessible to creators of all sizes. Additional reviews take place later as well, to confirm that you comply with merchant rules and that your approach aligns with the spirit of affiliate marketing. It is important to be honest with your audience and to share your genuine experience with the products and brands you promote. If an account stops complying with the platform's rules or with the expectations of partner merchants, CPA Hunter may deactivate it in accordance with the Terms of Use and the Partner Agreement.
3.	How to Report a Violation If you believe another user is impersonating you or using your content, tell us right away – via the enquiry form in the Service or by writing to hello@cpahunter.io. You can use the same method to report misuse of affiliate links: mass spam, fake profiles or violations of advertising-disclosure rules.
4.	How to Stay Compliant The best way to comply is to be fully transparent about who you are and where you promote merchants, and to follow advertising-disclosure requirements. Always: provide your full legal name, correct email address and a valid phone number in your account; fill in your payment profile accurately – this is necessary for payouts and tax reporting; link the platform on which you most often promote links, and keep your profile active; disclose the advertising or affiliate nature of your posts (for example, "ad", "#ad", "#affiliate") in accordance with applicable law. The disclosure must be conspicuous and placed next to the link, not in the comments or at the very end of the post. State that you may earn a commission on purchases; comply with merchant rules and the Terms of Use when posting links. Each merchant has its own terms – they are available in the merchant card in the Service; use the promo codes and offers available in the Service. Do not combine affiliate links with unauthorised promo codes if this violates a merchant's rules. When posting links in closed communities or messengers, follow the specific merchant's rules on permitted placements – some merchants have restrictions.
5.	How Verification Works After registration, the account is reviewed within 1-3 business days. Based on the review, the account is assigned one of the following statuses. Verified. The verification team has reviewed all the information and confirmed that you meet the requirements. No further action is needed. The account and sales continue to be reviewed throughout your time on the platform. On Hold. The verification team is not yet able to confirm that the account meets the minimum requirements. What to do next: you will automatically receive an email specifying the information needed to verify the account. You must reply within that same email thread. If no reply is received within 3 weeks, the account is deleted as unverifiable. Please be patient: the team replies to emails in the order they are received. Multiple follow-up emails slow down the process and may be flagged as unwanted, which can lead to a delay or removal. Removed. Each case undergoes a thorough review before a decision is made. If you believe your account was removed by mistake or due to a technical error, you can request a review by writing to hello@cpahunter.io within 30 days. We will consider the request in good faith within a reasonable time; where the error is confirmed, access is restored. If the removal decision stands, creating a new account is not permitted.
6.	Common Violations The violations listed below may lead to permanent removal from the platform. This list is not exhaustive: impersonating another creator – using their content, name or image in your profiles; posting under fake profiles: others' or stock photos to which you have no rights, made-up names; dishonest traffic: substitution or forced setting of affiliate tags (cookie-stuffing), inflation of clicks or orders, bot and non-target traffic, spam; self-purchases and placing your own orders to earn commission, including from your IP addresses and devices; misleading captions that do not reflect your genuine experience. For example: "Run, I bought 10!" – if you did not; absence of clear advertising disclosure – omitting "#ad" or "ad" when posting affiliate links; masking or covertly redirecting traffic; advertising on others' trademarks to intercept affiliate traffic (brand keyword bidding); creating multiple accounts: under our rules, a creator may have only one account; using a payment method (PayPal or bank account) shared with another person or belonging to someone else: each creator must have their own valid payment method with their own accurate details; direct or indirect association with a removed user; insults, rude or unacceptable behaviour towards CPA Hunter staff; using the commission model for reselling purposes, which goes beyond ordinary affiliate marketing; exploiting pricing errors and misleading wording – for example "glitch", "error", "bug" or "free" in relation to paid goods; posting information about stock levels (for example, "N left"). Content must be genuine and reflect your real experience. If you use AI-generated images or video, or digital avatars, this must comply with merchant rules, platform requirements and advertising-disclosure law. Music and other materials used in your posts must not infringe copyright.
7.	Technical Restrictions Access to the Service may be restricted when using a VPN and in certain regions. Virtual (VOIP) numbers may not be accepted for identity verification.
