Mechanics

How it works

A 90-day window
01

Your level is based on confirmed commission over the last 90 days

A rolling window: every day the calculation includes your confirmed revenue for the last 3 months. Orders awaiting confirmation aren't counted until the brand confirms them. This protects both sides: your level doesn't jump around because of cancellations and it reflects a steady pace.

Automatic
02

Your level updates automatically

As soon as you cross the threshold of the next level, your rates on all programs change from the next confirmed sale. No requests, no applications, no manual transfers. Visible in real time in your dashboard.

Platinum lock-in
03

Platinum is locked in for 12 months

Once you hit $7,500 in 90 days, the status is locked for a year regardless of later activity. After 12 months there’s a review: if the pace held – we extend it for another year. If it dropped – a soft downgrade to Gold with 30 days’ notice.

Progress is visible
04

Your dashboard shows progress to the next level

In your dashboard – a progress bar, accumulated commission and an estimate of the time to the next level at your current pace. Interim milestones: first sale, 25%, 50%, 75%. Transparent and clear.

Why this exists

Why rates grow with your pace

An incentive to grow

Transparent thresholds motivate you to reach the next level. Every extra $300 over 90 days is real economics, not “potential”.

Fair terms

Your level is tied to your contribution. It doesn’t depend on who knows whom or how many years you’ve been around. Only the numbers from the last 90 days.

No cap

Reach Platinum – you’re at the platform maximum. Beyond that, individual terms apply on selected programs.

Dynamic, not static

The rolling 90-day window reflects your current activity. There’s no need to “work off the past” – just work consistently and your level will catch up.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions

What counts as confirmed commission?

Commission from orders the brand confirmed after the return window (usually 30-60 days, depending on the program). Orders awaiting confirmation are visible in your dashboard but don’t count toward your level – this protects you from sharp drops when orders are cancelled.

How does the 90-day window work?

It’s rolling: every day we recalculate the sum of confirmed payouts over the last 90 calendar days. For example, today counts sales from day minus 90. Tomorrow the window shifts one day forward. That means holding your level requires earning regularly, not one one-off spike.

When does my first 90-day period start?

From your first confirmed commission – that is, once you’ve made your first sale and the brand’s return window has closed. Until then you’re formally on Bronze, but nothing accumulates toward Silver. After the first confirmed commission – the countdown begins.

If I’ve only just started – what level am I on?

Bronze automatically – it's the level every new creator begins on, with no applications or approvals. It gives you all 52,014 programs in the catalog at base rates. As your income grows, your level rises on its own.

Is the +14% / +29% / +36% bonus applied to each program or to total income?

To each program, on top of its base rate. Example: a program pays 10% – on Silver you get 10% × 1.14 = 11.4%; on Gold – 10% × 1.29 = 12.9%; on Platinum – 10% × 1.36 = 13.6%. The bonus is applied automatically when the commission is calculated; there’s nothing to do manually.

What if my pace drops and I fall out of a level?

If your confirmed earnings over the last 90 days drop below a level's threshold, the next daily recalculation moves you to the level that matches your current pace. The only exception is Platinum: for 12 months after you first reach it, the level stays with you. You'll get a heads-up notification as you approach that point.

Can I get the top level right away?

No, a level is earned through confirmed sales over 90 days. This protects the program's economics for everyone – including the active creators who work toward a level for months.

Does the level affect all programs or only some?

It affects rates on all programs where CPA Hunter is the intermediary between you and the brand – which is the vast majority of the catalog.

What happens a year after reaching Platinum?

After 12 months – a status review. If over the last 90 days you again passed the $7,500 threshold – the status is extended for another 12 months. If your pace dropped – a soft downgrade to Gold with 30 days’ notice. You can reach Platinum again at any time under the same rules.

Can I see my current progress?

Yes – your profile page shows your current level and a description of what's needed to reach the next one.

What exactly do I get at each level?

Bronze – standard rates on every program and basic support. Silver – higher rates, priority support, early access to new programs. Gold – premium rates and a personal manager. Platinum – the platform's highest rates and individual terms on selected programs.
