Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Your right under CCPA/CPRA to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information.
Effective date: 17th June 2024 · Last updated: 22nd July 2026This notice applies to residents of California and other US states with similar privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA). It explains what “sale” and “sharing” of personal information mean for us and how you can opt out.
1. How this works at CPA Hunter
CPA Hunter connects creators with affiliate programs run by third-party networks — Admitad, CJ, Awin — and the stores inside them. When you use our affiliate links, those networks and stores set their own cookies and identifiers to attribute the click and pay out the commission. Under CCPA and CPRA, passing online identifiers between sites for advertising purposes may count as a “sale” or “sharing”.
2. What data this covers
The opt-out covers online identifiers tied to your clicks on affiliate links (for example, cookies and click IDs set by upstream networks) and similar device and activity data. We do not sell or share your name, email address, payment details or KYC data for advertising.
3. Your right to opt out
The toggle below tells us not to sell or share your personal information. We also honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically: if your browser sends it, the opt-out applies on its own, with no extra steps. Opting out does not disable core features of the service.
4. Authorised agent
You may authorise another person to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask for proof of their authority and of your identity before acting on the request.
5. No discrimination
We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights: the price, the feature set and the quality of the service stay the same.
6. Other rights
Rights of access, deletion, correction and portability, as well as the rights of EU/EEA users under the GDPR, are described in the Privacy Policy. Questions: hello@cpahunter.io.
