§ Data Deletion Policy in Compliance with GDPR

This Data Deletion Policy (“Policy”) outlines the procedures and guidelines for the deletion of personal data from the systems of CPAHunter (“the Provider”, “the Service”). The Provider is committed to protecting the personal data of its users (“the User”) and upholding their rights in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

User Rights

In accordance with the GDPR, the User has the right to:

  • Request the deletion (erasure) of the User’s personal data from the Provider’s systems;
  • Receive confirmation that the deletion has been carried out.

Procedure for Data Deletion Requests

To request the deletion of personal data, the User shall follow the procedure set forth below:

  1. Submit a data deletion request via the Service’s website or by sending an email to secretdiscounter.ru@gmail.com.
  2. The request shall include the following information:
    • Full legal name of the User;
    • Email address associated with the User’s account;
    • Description of the specific data to be deleted.

Processing Time

The Provider shall process data deletion requests within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt. In the event that additional time is required, the Provider shall inform the User of the reasons for the delay and provide an updated timeline for the completion of the request.

Exceptions

Certain categories of data may not be eligible for deletion in accordance with legal or regulatory obligations, including but not limited to:

  • Data required to comply with applicable legal obligations;
  • Data related to ongoing or anticipated legal proceedings;
  • Data necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the Provider.

In such cases, the Provider shall inform the User of the specific grounds for refusal.

Confirmation of Deletion

Upon completion of the data deletion process, the User shall receive a written confirmation of the deletion via the email address provided in the original request.
6.

Policy Updates

The Provider reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Any changes shall be posted on the Service’s website. The User shall be notified of significant updates. Continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of such changes.
