CPA Hunter is operated by Fanzoone OÜ (registry code 16537736, Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia). The website is available in English, Russian and Spanish. Registration is free – no subscription, no entry fee, no minimum follower requirement. Traffic sources are reviewed for compliance with the account rules. The catalog brings together affiliate programs across stores, services and content niches; program availability, commission rates, attribution windows (cookie duration), eligible customer countries and other conditions are set per program and shown in the product. CPA Hunter is a platform for creators monetizing recommendations, not a consumer cashback service. Creators choose what to recommend; CPA Hunter provides the catalog, tracking links, click and sale reporting, and unified payouts. Earnings depend on attributed, confirmed transactions — clicks alone do not generate commission. The loyalty program has four tiers based on confirmed earnings over the preceding 90 days: Bronze (base rate), Silver, Gold and Platinum.
